Fragility

April 2025 and December 2025
FRAGILITY explores the delicate interplay between strength and vulnerability through the lens of mixed media textiles.
Each artist challenges conventional notions of fragility, transforming materials into powerful narratives that resonate with personal and universal experiences.  The intricate layers of fabric, thread and found objects weave stories of resilience, loss and beauty.
We invite you to consider the fragility inherent in both art and life – how it shapes our perceptions and connections.  Join us in celebrating the delicate balance that inspires creativity and encourages empathy in an ever changing world.
As the exhibition is still to travel to Walton-on-Thames in December, here is a sneak preview only.

surface: tension

May 2023
A brand new exhibition exploring the theme Surface:Tension, with works ranging from detailed seedpods and lockdown studies of a birch tree to plastic pollution, via nature connectedness, the canals of Holland, grief and frustration, and the serenity being at the coast can bring.

EDGE at Lyme Regis

September 2021
We eventually realised our ambition to re-imagine EDGE for the wonderful Malthouse Gallery in Lyme Regis, following two postponements. The two weeks flew by and we enjoyed the chance to talk to visitors about the work at this very successful exhibition.
